✅ Requirements

 4+ years of proven experience in Fitout & Joinery drafting (UAE/GCC)
Expertise in AutoCAD and detailed joinery/shop drawings
 Strong understanding of interior fitout components and materials
Ability to interpret design intent and convert it into production-ready drawings

✅Key Responsibilities

 Prepare detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fitout items based on design specifications
 Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of drawings
 Revise and update drawings based on client or site feedback
Maintain a well-organized CAD file system and revision logs
 Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project timelines

✅ Roles & Responsibilities

🧱Develop 3D structural models using Revit Structure.

🧱Prepare structural drawings and detailed documentation.

🧱Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for model integration.

🧱Ensure models comply with BIM standards and project requirements.

🧱Generate schedules and quantity take-offs from the model.

🧱Revise models based on design changes or client feedback.

🧱Participate in clash detection and coordination meetings.

🧱Maintain model accuracy and structural detailing quality.

🧱Collaborate with engineers to interpret design intent.

🧱 Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. 
🧱 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural modelling.

✅Roles & Responsibilities

🧱 Coordinate and manage BIM models across Structural, Architectural, and Interior Design disciplines
🧱 Work closely with consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM deliverables
🧱 Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design coordination issues, including basic MEP interface
🧱 Oversee model development and integration throughout design and construction stages
🧱 Lead BIM coordination meetings and effectively present models and progress updates
🧱 Ensure models and documentation meet project standards, timelines, and client expectations
🧱 Support teams with BIM-related tools, workflows, and data exchange using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM Collaborate

✅ Candidate Requirements

🧱 5–7 years of experience working with consultants on BIM design scope within the Gulf region
🧱 Solid experience in coordinating Structure, Architecture, and Interior Design models
🧱 Basic understanding of MEP systems is a plus

✅ Roles & Responsibilities

⚡Prepare detailed 2D electrical drawings using AutoCAD based on design and site requirements
⚡Work closely with electrical engineers, site teams, and other disciplines for coordinated outputs
⚡Draft layouts for lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, and other low voltage systems
⚡Create shop drawings and as-built drawings in line with project specifications and construction changes
⚡ Ensure drawings comply with local codes, authority regulations, and quality standards
⚡ Support construction teams with updated drawings and revisions as needed on-site
